Key Responsibilities


Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about their health insurance, drug coverage, and prescription options.
Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide personalized support and guidance to members, helping them navigate complex healthcare issues.
Utilize technical knowledge and skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.


Essential Qualifications


1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military).
Computer experience with Windows-based applications.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner.
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry.
Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescription options.
