They are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join their fast-moving engineering team, where the role involves building and maintaining platforms using Lucee (CFML) backend and Angular frontend, while collaborating on design decisions and contributing to architecture.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain features across our Lucee/CFML backend and Angular frontendCollaborate with the team on design and architecture decisions, from feature scoping through implementationDesign and consume REST APIs, including integrations with third-party platforms (payment processors, CRMs, marketing tools, etc.)Write clean, maintainable SQL against SQL ServerTroubleshoot production issues and own them through to resolutionContribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and roadmap planningWrite clear documentation and well-scoped ticketsUse AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) effectively as part of your development workflowSkills3+ years as a full stack developer in a production environmentStrong proficiency with Angular (v12+)Experience with Lucee, ColdFusion (CFML), or a similar server-side language. Candidates without CFML experience should demonstrate a track record of picking up new languages quicklySolid SQL Server skills, including joins, indexes, query optimization, and stored proceduresExperience integrating with third-party REST APIsComfortable with Git and standard branching workflowsDemonstrated use of AI coding assistants in your day-to-day work, with the judgment to know when to trust the output and when not toAbility to collaborate on design.
