The role involves building enterprise-level backend solutions and developing a next generation reporting and analytics system that impacts healthcare quality.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build microservices and serverless applications in the cloudImplement web application changes and/or build new web applications using the React frameworkWork with Product Owner and UX design to understand and create solutions for diverse user requirementsWork with Architects and other Engineers to help create and then implement development best practicesWork with test engineering team to assure product qualityCollaborate in a fast-paced Agile environmentParticipate in team code reviews and design reviewsHelp our support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issuesCooperating with the back-end developers in the process of building the applicationsWork independently to design, develop, and document solutions, while adhering to all applicable standards (e.g., architectural, coding, security)Work with DevOps engineers on CI, CD, and IaCRead specs and translate them into test designs and test automationPerform code reviews and develop processes for improving code qualitySkillsBachelor's degree5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, this includes experience with modern design patterns, enterprise-scale production systems, and Git1+ year of professional experience developing full-stack applications using React and Node.jsCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust ClearanceCandidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.SCandidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) yearsMaster's degree in computer science or related fieldExperience developing production applications in JavaCompany OverviewICF is a global consulting and technology services provider focused on making big things possible for our clients.
