Guidehouse is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of a secure, AI-enabled analytic and decision-support platform for DoW, federal, and enterprise stakeholders. This role involves building user-facing applications, backend services, APIs, and ensuring the platform aligns with operational workflows.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and deploy full stack application capabilities for a secure analytic and decision-support platformDevelop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces that support analyst workflows, scenario inputs, review steps, dashboard views, and report outputsBuild backend services, APIs, and integration layers that connect the application to data sources, AI services, model outputs, and enterprise systemsSupport implementation of workflows for scenario management, assumptions management, review comments, approvals, audit trails, and user-facing validation logicDevelop dashboards, visualizations, forms, and reporting views that present analytical outputs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersIntegrate AI-enabled capabilities into the application experience, including model outputs, explanations, confidence indicators, citations, traceability, and human-in-the-loop review pointsImplement role-based access controls, authentication, authorization, data protections, and secure application patterns appropriate for DoW and federal environmentsSupport data ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows in coordination with data engineers, AI engineers, and functional SMEsBuild reusable front-end and back-end components that can support future enhancements and related Guidehouse delivery effortsParticipate in system design, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment readiness, and user acceptance activitiesImplement automated testing, CI/CD practices, documentation, logging, monitoring, and error handling to support production readinessTroubleshoot defects, performance issues, integration challenges, and user experience gaps across the full application stackCollaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs and working softwareSkillsAn ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor's degree.
