[Remote] Full-Stack Engineer — Agentic AI for Healthcare Intelligence

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. XY.AI Labs is a venture-backed startup focused on streamlining healthcare through their agentic AI platform. The Full-Stack Engineer will work with a technical team to build features across a browser agent, orchestration backend, and workflow configuration UI, while also improving task execution and reliability in real-world healthcare settings. Responsibilities • Build full-stack features across our browser agent, orchestration backend, and workflow configuration UI • Design and ship ingestion pipelines that extract structured tasks from messy spreadsheets and PDFs • Extend our agent orchestration system to support new task types and retry logic • Scale and improve the browser agent’s task execution and reliability • Debug real-world workflows alongside actual users in healthcare Skills • 3+ years of full-stack experience (ideally JS/TS + Python) • Comfort across React/Next.js, SQL, and backend APIs (gRPC, tRPC, REST) • Experience working with workflows, state machines, or queue-based systems (Redis, RabbitMQ,...) • Familiarity with integrating LLM-based solutions into production apps • Bonus: experience with Puppeteer, Playwright, or browser automation • Bonus if you’ve worked with: Function calling / tool use via LLMs • Bonus if you’ve worked with: Vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant, Pinecone, pgvector, etc.) • Bonus if you’ve worked with: LangChain or custom agent architectures Benefits • High-growth opportunity with equity in an early-stage startup.
