[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

They are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to develop internal tools, integrate AI into marketing workflows, and enhance the agency's operational efficiency across ad platforms and CRM systems.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy internal tools using Next.js, React, and PythonDevelop marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational toolsReplace manual workflows with scalable, automated solutionsImplement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)Ensure accurate event tracking, deduplication, and attributionBuild pipelines connecting ad platforms → backend systems → dashboardsDevelop reporting systems that enable campaign optimization (ROAS, CPL, conversion quality)Apply AI to real marketing use cases such as: Ad copy and creative generation, Lead scoring and qualification, Campaign insights and reporting automationWork with APIs such as OpenAI and similar AI platformsBuild AI systems embedded into live marketing and operational workflowsIntegrate and automate CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, HubSpot, or similarBuild systems connecting lead capture → CRM → follow-ups → conversion trackingImplement automations including lead routing, pipeline management, and conversion syncing (offline events/CAPI)Ensure data consistency between ad platforms and CRM outcomesShip quickly, test, and iterate based on real campaign dataCollaborate with media buyers to solve campaign and operational bottlenecksContinuously improve systems that impact marketing performance and efficiencySkills4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experienceStrong full-stack skills (React / Next.js + Python)Proven experience building and deploying production-level tools and systemsExperience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation systemsActive use of AI tools in day-to-day workHands-on experience working in marketing or ad tech environments (agency or performance marketing preferred)Experience implementing or working with Meta Pixel and/or Conversion API (CAPI), including event tracking, deduplication, and attributionExperience building dashboards or reporting systems for marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads performance)Hands-on experience integrating and automating CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, or similar)Including lead capture, routing, pipeline management, and conversion trackingExperience connecting ad platforms with CRM systems for attribution and reportingBuilder mindset with a strong bias toward executionExperience working in a performance marketing agency environmentFamiliarity with paid media metrics (ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversion rates)Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar automation platformsUnderstanding of data pipelines and attribution challenges (e.g., iOS/privacy changes)Company OverviewPavago - Thinking Globally to Grow Locally 🌍 Welcome to Pavago, where the world is your talent pool.
