[Remote] Full-Stack Developer (React & Go)

Diligent Solutions, LLC is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React and Go to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building modern user interfaces, developing backend services, integrating cloud-based solutions, and collaborating across product, engineering, and DevOps teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Go (Golang)Build responsive, modern, and intuitive user interfaces utilizing React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSDevelop scalable backend APIs, microservices, and business logic using GoDesign and implement RESTful APIs and service integrationsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsDevelop and maintain reusable frontend components and shared librariesIntegrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party APIsOptimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliabilityParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisionsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issuesSupport CI/CD processes and collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment and release activitiesConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when appropriateParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussionsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of software development experienceStrong hands-on experience developing frontend applications using ReactStrong backend development experience using Go (Golang)Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservicesProficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience with modern frontend state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similarExperience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDBExperience with Git and modern software development workflowsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practicesExperience deploying and supporting cloud-based applications in AWS, Azure, or Google CloudStrong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented principles, and secure coding practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsCompany OverviewDiligent Solutions is dedicated to empowering your business success through a unique, integrated approach that emphasizes people, process, and technology.
