[Remote] Full Stack Developer II

FedEx Freight is a leading logistics company, and they are seeking a Full Stack Developer II to design, code, test, and deploy software across all layers of the development life cycle. The role involves collaborating with teams, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical decisions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Designs software code using multiple programming languages
ā¢ Tests newly developed software code
ā¢ Documents code per the Company's processes
ā¢ Communicates effectively with colleagues, managers, vendors, user focus groups and comments, and other stakeholders
ā¢ Evaluates code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all hardware and software
ā¢ Mentors junior developers and contribute to code reviews
ā¢ Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
ā¢ Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or directly related work experience
ā¢ Three (3) years' work experience in information technology or engineering. A related advanced degree may offset some of the related work experience requirements
ā¢ Strong programming skills
ā¢ Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Proven computer/coding skills in multiple languages
ā¢ Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Good presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds
