They are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to manage the software development process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and create functional and attractive digital environments for their conservation products.ResponsibilitiesManage the complete software development process from conception to deploymentIntegrate with external APIs and databases to retrieve and store dataCollaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that user interfaces are intuitive, functional, user-friendly, and visually appealingTest software to ensure responsiveness and accuracyTroubleshoot and debug code, and provide technical support to team members and usersDevelop and integrate security and data protection settingsWrite technical documents and specificationsParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersSkills2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleKnowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js, .NET)Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX designIn-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug codeExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassion for conservation and technologyKind and fun-loving team playerExcellent analytical and prioritization skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant fieldFamiliarity with Embedded LinuxFamiliarity with Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with The Yocto ProjectFamiliarity with ASP.NET core 3.1 framework and Razor pages preferredFamiliarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch or experience with AI model training and development preferredExperience with IoT systems or customer hardware productsPrior experience at a startupCompany OverviewConservation X Labs is a technology and innovation company that works in the field of conservation.
