The role of Full Desk Recruiter involves identifying, attracting, and retaining top architectural and design talent while cultivating client relationships and advising on hiring strategies.ResponsibilitiesRecruit top architectural and design talent for permanent roles across multiple project sectorsDevelop and strengthen client partnerships with architecture firms, design studios, developers, and multidisciplinary practicesConduct targeted headhunting outreach to passive candidates within Healthcare, S&T, Commercial, Multifamily, Education, Transportation, and Federal project marketsLead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboardingAdvise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, licensure requirements, and competitive hiring strategiesBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of sector‑specific architectural talentDrive revenue through successful placements and strategic business developmentSkills2+ years of recruiting or headhunting experience, ideally within architecture, engineering, interiors, or technical recruitingProven success in permanent placements and/or 360 recruitmentStrong understanding of architectural project roles and workflows across multiple building sectorsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsAbility to manage multiple searches and client priorities simultaneouslyExperience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing toolsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision benefits.PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) eligibility after one year.Company OverviewGreen Key Resources provides career counselling.
