Responsibilities:
• Identify and attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific construction and architecture roles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements, job descriptions, and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in construction and architecture regulations.
• Actively build and maintain relationships with construction and architecture professionals, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and finalize job offers.
• Achieve personal and team recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full-Cycle Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of the US market, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and industry-specific terminology.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates, with a strong network of industry contacts is a PLUS.
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify top talent and match them to the right job opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
