SmartScale360 is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support their growing U.S.-based clients by managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves connecting top talent with great opportunities and requires experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptanceSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channelsConduct resume screening, phone screening, and candidate interviewsAssess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fitPartner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirementsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clientsMaintain candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within ATS and CRM platformsTrack recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing performanceManage candidate communications and provide an excellent candidate experienceSupport onboarding and pre-employment processes for successful hiresSkillsAt least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Executive Search, HR, or Candidate SourcingStrong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluationsFamiliarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platformsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple job openings simultaneouslyDevice: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum100 Mbps internetBackup device, internet, and power supplyExperience supporting U.S.-based recruitment or staffing accountsExperience recruiting for Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Administrative, Operations, or Professional rolesFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Indeed, JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar recruitment platformsStrong sourcing and Boolean search skillsExperience with recruitment reporting, analytics, and hiring metrics.
