[Remote] Frontend Engineer

The Frontend Engineer will design and develop user interfaces for diverse audiences, create reusable components, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance customer interactions with financial solutions.ResponsibilitiesWork with our existing Frontend team to build a series of reusable components and design featuresDesign and develop for multiple audiences in a way that resonates with their unique needsAnalyze user behavior and engagement metrics to develop optimized flowsWork with your peers in the Product and Engineering teams to take key features live and define the way that our customers interact with our financial solutionsWrite high-quality code with an emphasis on reusability, reliability, and ease of useCreate and maintain technical documents including flow diagrams, development / testing documentation, and implementation guides to advise other teams on how to interact with your workWork directly with product owners, end users, and clients to get feedback on your solutions before they go liveSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus; alternatively an extensive history of independent code developmentProven experience as a frontend engineer, with a minimum of 6 years of experienceExperience working with multiple teams distilling requirements and testing with stakeholders before taking features liveProficiency in common web technologies and either a proficiency with or a willingness to learn: TypeScript, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, React, FigmaExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience within payments, crypto, fintech, and BaaS are plus but are not requiredCompany OverviewFrom dollars and euros to pesos and beyond, we make sending money anywhere in the world simple — powered by bare-metal banking rails, stablecoins, and technology built to scale.
