We are seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Manage and schedule appointments for clients and sales team
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in the window and door industry is a plus
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, remote position with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings at our Edison, NJ location. The standard work hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
