[Remote] Freelance Marketing Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is seeking a Freelance Marketing Data Analyst to join their client's team, a background check company. The role involves analyzing large datasets, managing CRM and marketing automation data, and presenting insights to enable data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesExtract, synthesize, and analyze large datasets from Salesforce, HubSpot, web analytics, and paid media platforms to uncover trends and measure B2B marketing performanceOwn CRM and marketing automation data management, ensuring data integrity and acting as a subject matter expert for system structure and data flowBuild, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports tracking key marketing KPIs (lead velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, attribution, ROI, engagement)Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions and reporting frameworksConduct deep-dive campaign and channel performance analyses to optimize budget allocation and improve marketing effectivenessSupport and proactively improve data quality processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to data capture and usabilityAssist in developing and refining multi-touch attribution models to better understand the customer journeyPresent insights and recommendations to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organizationSkills3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, preferably within a B2B environmentAdvanced SQL skills, with experience extracting, transforming, and joining data across multiple systemsHands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including reporting, campaign tracking, and data architectureStrong analytical mindset with experience in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and marketing performance measurementProven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teamsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar preferred)BenefitsThis is a 40 hour per week, 100% remote roleThis is a W2 position No C2CCompany OverviewCreative Circle is one of the largest creative staffing agencies in North America It was founded in 2008, and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
