We are looking for a culturally aware, idea-driven Creative / Content Strategist who constantly develops fresh, relevant concepts for modern content. You understand the internet, storytelling, and social platforms — and know how to turn ideas into short narratives with global and viral potential.
All communication, concept writing, and collaboration will be conducted in English, therefore a high level of proficiency is essential.

• Develop continuous creative and content ideas
• Translate cultural trends & Zeitgeist into concepts
• Write clear creative concepts and story frameworks (in English)
• Think social-first and platform-native
• Contribute to campaigns, storytelling, and content series

We are a Newport Beach, CA based digital mini-agency who take care of Paul Ripke's partnerships like WHOOP, YAZIO, etc and his own Content like His Instagram and RIPKYTCHEN. This accounts for roughly a third of the jobs you will be involved in, the other thirds are included in Pauls Position as Content Director of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 TEAM and commercial manager as well as Content Director of F1 Driver Valtteri Bottas. You will. be working completely remote, mainly in creating ideas and will not be involved in on location producing.
