[Remote] Franchise Business Consultant - Southeast

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Family Care (AFC) is one of the largest primary and urgent care companies in the U.S. providing services seven days a week on a walk-in basis. The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) will work directly with franchise owners to enhance business operations, maximize revenue, and provide training and support to franchisees in the Southeast region.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular on-site visits and audits of assigned Franchise locationsConduct Consultation calls on a regular basis regarding marketing/advertising planning, Go Live training, Grand Opening events, coaching and role playing, customer/patient relations improvement, profit/loss review and analysis including projections, and medical office operations management supportMonitor the financial status, operations, staffing, paid advertising, and overall management of assigned Franchise locationsRun reports in various systems and review KPIsCultivate and preserve Franchisee/vendor relationshipsSupport Franchisee during pre-opening phase including, but not limited to, assisting with site selection, floor plan approval, practice management software training, and business planningDevelop a strategic plan and translate that plan into the appropriate sales activitiesCoordinate all training activities with the appropriate departments/individuals and ensure that all training materials and resources have been directed to the appropriate partiesConduct on-site educational workshops with Franchise groupsProvide necessary counsel and assistance to Franchisees for development and improvement of business plans, including, establishing specific goals, objectives and strategies for sales, controls, profits, human resource plans, development, marketing, etcEnsure physical facilities of assigned Franchisee locations comply with Franchisor standardsCoordinate any and all resources/support from all appropriate departments for assigned FranchiseesComplete any and all month end reports, new store follow-up reports, weekly expense reports, preparation of classes, etcStrictly adhere to Company and departmental policies and procedures regarding the appropriate use of Company databasesDevelop and maintain proficiency in the use of the Company’s databaseEnsure implementation of all company policies, procedures, programs and new concepts with assigned Franchisee locationsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedSkillsAbility to travel up to 50% of timeSuperior people skillsWell-developed oral and written communication skillsStrong listening and negotiation skillsDynamic presentation skillsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Care Management or related fieldMinimum 3 years Business Management and/or Franchising Experience requiredMedical office experience preferredBenefitsCompany-owned locations provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, matching 401(k), and more.Company OverviewAmerican Family Care is a medical practice offering occupational health services.
