The role involves collaborating with Franchisees to achieve business goals, coaching them on operations, and ensuring a consistent brand experience.ResponsibilitiesAchieve the operations and business performance goals and metrics for portfolio of Franchisees, as set by Director of Franchise Operations & Vice President of Franchise OperationsFacilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance based on previous goals and commitments, and to align on future goals and commitmentsAlign priority areas with Franchisee to drive the business in sales, profitability and network growth, while delivering a safe and consistent brand experienceDevelop plan to coach Franchisee, through regular check-ins, to follow-through on commitmentsTrack and review on-going data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, commitments, and plans. Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisee to address. Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to check progressSupport Franchisees in understanding the processes for remodeling and building new restaurants. Align with the construction team and the Franchisee, monitor the milestones, and hold the Franchisee accountable to ensure that completed facilities meet required operational specifications. Provide support during all remodel and new store openingsFacilitate communications between Franchisee and applicable cross-functional partners based on Franchisee’s individual goals and opportunities in pursuit of safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit growthParticipate and work “as needed” with the Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rolloutsMonitor and support the execution of local, DMA and regional marketing plansPerform restaurant evaluations in assigned territoryPartner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchiseeEnsure the effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by Director of Franchise OperationsComplete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedSkillsCandidate must reside in the West Division, USACandidate must be located near a major airport hubRelocation assistance unavailableMinimum 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent5-10 years of Multi Unit full-service restaurant experience requiredMust be willing to travel to consult with portfolio of franchiseesCertified in any state, county or local food handling requirementsRestaurant management experience with franchise consultant experienceLeadership experience within a corporate structureExperience in multi-unit full service, QSR or fast casual restaurant conceptExperience working in a growth organizationGeneral knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures and computer operationsGood oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills – able to effectively manage time, plan, and work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to build credibility and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAble to develop and execute plans to drive resultsAble to use data to inform decisionsAble to bring people together to solve problemsResourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction; can effectively adapt to different situations and personalitiesCurious with a desire for continuous learningThorough understanding and knowledge of restaurant operationsSound business and financial acumenSkilled at consultation and strategic coachingCompliance orientationBig-picture orientationInnovation and creativityBenefitsEmployees (and their families) may elect to be covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, and can enroll in our company’s 401K plan.Employees receive a PTO plan plus up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and are eligible to participate in the company bonus program.Company OverviewInspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company & owner.
