They are seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to provide operational guidance, financial coaching, and support to a portfolio of franchise locations, ensuring their long-term success and performance improvement.ResponsibilitiesConduct site audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational requirementsEvaluate profitability, overhead costs, and operational efficiencies to strengthen marginsTrack key performance indicators to assess operational health across assigned locationsProvide ongoing coaching on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growthMaintain structured meeting cadence: 3× weekly for new franchisees and bi-weekly for established franchiseesFacilitate Level 10 Meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutionsIdentify root causes of operational challenges, develop data-driven action plans, and lead execution for measurable improvementReview franchisee financial statements to identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesProvide annual budget guidance and assist franchisees in setting realistic revenue, profit, and operational goalsDevelop, standardize, and implement systemwide KPIs and track franchisee performanceRecommend overhead-reducing strategies and cost-optimization opportunitiesAssist franchisees in sourcing materials and supplies to ensure costs align with budget goalsReview pricing structures and adjust margins to respond to seasonal fluctuations and demand spikesCreate, refine, and implement standardized SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient operationsLead the problem-solving process from assessment through execution, ensuring solutions are effective and sustainableCollaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and introduce tools that enhance scalability and efficiencySupport franchisees in developing and refining local marketing plans aligned with brand goalsStrengthen sales processes including lead management, conversion strategies, and customer engagementEnsure alignment between marketing initiatives, sales goals, and operational objectivesAssist in creating training materials, SOP documentation, and onboarding resourcesTrain new employees with emphasis on improving sales performance and customer engagementDeliver group and one-on-one training sessions for new programs and ongoing performance developmentSupport initiatives related to operational enhancements, cost savings, technology rollouts, and resource developmentCollaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams to support franchisee successConduct approximately 20 on-site visits annually to provide hands-on coaching and operational assessmentsPrepare detailed reports summarizing findings, KPI performance, and improvement recommendationsMaintain proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholdersSkills3–5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyAnalytically minded with the ability to evaluate performance data to identify growth opportunitiesAbility to travel up to 40%Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressureBachelors degree in business or a related field is preferredCompany OverviewEmpower Brands offers franchisees solutions to help them reach their personal, professional, and financial objectives.
