ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
ā¢ Prior experience in financial leadership roles, particularly within non-profit or healthcare sectors
ā¢ Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable
