They are seeking a Fractional Business Development Partner to help expand their reach and generate opportunities for leadership workshops, speaking engagements, and consulting services across the country.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and developing qualified leads in aligned markets, industries, and communitiesBuilding relationships with CEOs, HR leaders, L&D leaders, business owners, nonprofit executives, association leaders, faith-based leaders, and other decision-makersHelping book paid speaking engagements, workshops, retreats, public programs, and client eventsRepresenting NALD’s mission, values, and offerings with professionalism, humility, and integrityMaintaining a simple pipeline of prospects, conversations, opportunities, and next stepsCollaborating with NALD leadership to determine fit, pricing, scope, and next steps for qualified opportunitiesSharing market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, offerings, and outreach strategyServing as a trusted ambassador for the Priceless Leadership Movement and the people-first leadership philosophy behind itSkillsStrong alignment with NALD's mission, values, and belief in people-first leadership, servant leadership, and healthy workplace culturesProven experience in business development, relationship-based sales, consulting, speaking, training, HR, learning and development, organizational development, professional services, or a related fieldAbility to build trust quickly with executive-level and senior organizational leadersStrong communication, networking, and relationship management skillsComfort initiating conversations, following up with prospects, and nurturing opportunities over timeExisting network or market presence in one or more aligned sectors, such as business, nonprofit, faith-based, hospitality, healthcare, education, government, associations, or professional servicesAbility to work independently in a remote, fractional, commission-based contractor roleHigh standards of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical business developmentA passion for helping organizations create workplaces where people feel seen, valued, trusted, supported, and empowered to growExperience selling leadership development, training, consulting, coaching, speaking, events, or professional services is strongly preferredBachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience and proven relationship-building success are highly valuedCompany OverviewNational ALD is a training organization that provides servant leadership training, workshops, coaching, and certification programs.
