[Remote] FP&A Analyst

They are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis across various business units, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting process, with hands-on ownership of spreadsheet models and financial dataPrepare regular financial reports and variance analyses across business unitsPartner with and help coordinate the India-based FP&A team on day-to-day deliverables and reporting workflowsBuild and maintain financial models to support business decisions, M&A activity, and scenario planningContribute to the development of KPI dashboards and data reporting toolsWork cross-functionally with department heads to gather inputs and provide financial insightsHelp identify and implement process improvements as systems and infrastructure continue to evolveSkills3–5 years of experience in finance; FP&A, corporate reporting, or a mix of both welcomeAdvanced Excel skills. Spreadsheets are central to this roleComfort working in environments where not everything is systematized yet; a builder mindsetProficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them to financial workflowsStrong analytical skills with an ability to communicate financial concepts clearlyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience in the video game industry (studio, publisher, or platform) strongly preferred.
