Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Magna5 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support financial planning, reporting, business intelligence, sales and pipeline analysis, KPI tracking, cash flow forecasting, commission calculations, and ad hoc business analysis across the organization.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence: Own and operate dashboards, reporting structures, data mapping, and ongoing maintenance within Datarails to ensure business intelligence reporting remains accurate, timely, and scalable across the organizationFinancial Modeling: Regular involvement with budgeting and forecasting models and underlying assumptions in close coordination with the VP of Finance and FP&A ManagerCash Flow Modeling: Run, forecast, and manage the company’s 13-week cash flow model, providing visibility into near-term cash expectations and business needsFinancial Reporting and Variance Analysis: Detailed analysis on key monthly driving factors of P&L trends with a focus on KPIs around customer retention, balance sheet performance, and sales attainmentSales Analysis and Calculations: Ownership of sales performance trends, board reporting, pipeline management, commission calculations, and creation/facilitation of quota plan documents (QPD’s)Order to Cash Reporting: Ownership of closed/won opportunity auditing and tracking of sold but not yet implemented orders, including detailed forecasting, reporting, and collaboration with project management teamsInternal Partnerships: Build partnerships and collaborate with various leaders of the business to support data-driven initiatives and KPI tracking leveraging tools throughout the business (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot, Halo PSA, etc.)Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and support special projects as business needs evolveSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, business analytics, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical roleStrong financial analysis, reporting, and modeling skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience working with recurring reporting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and business performance metricsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple responsibilities, competing priorities, and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial and operational information to non-finance stakeholdersSelf-starter with a proactive, go-getter mindsetComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environmentMust reside within the United StatesExperience in managed services, technology, telecom, cloud services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or a recurring revenue business modelExperience with Datarails, Salesforce, Halo, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, AI Chat Models or similar systemsBackground in data analytics or experience managing, reconciling, and interpreting large data setsExperience supporting sales analysis, pipeline reporting, sales commissions, quota plan documents, implementation backlog reporting, service delivery KPIs, accounts receivable reporting, cash flow forecasting, or Board-level reporting packagesUnderstanding of P&L drivers, revenue trends, gross margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, pipeline, backlog, working capital, and operational KPIsInterest in process improvement, automation, scalable reporting, and business intelligenceBenefitsPaid time off including paid holidays and floating holidays.100% RemoteBonus potential based on individual and company performanceHighly competitive and flexible medical, dental, and vision benefits plans401(k) with employer matchTailored Life and Disability insurance plansFull reimbursement for approved professional certification and career enriching opportunitiesCompany OverviewMagna5 is a provider of cloud-based communications, hybrid network, and IT Services solutions.
