You’ll be joining a fast-growing team in San Francisco, the AI Mecca of the world. The Role Are you a high-energy competitor who is tired of selling bloated software for a slow-moving giant? Do you want to be a founding team member at a venture-backed AI startup? As our Founding SDR , you are the tip of the spear. You won't just execute a sequence; you will help build the GTM playbook . You will spend your days hunting in the "physical world" economy, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to book 5-6 figure deals. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for someone who wants to fast-track their way to Account Executive or Sales Leadership. What You’ll Do Execute outbound outreach across phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate the "boring" parts of prospecting so you can focus on high-value conversations Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the "missed call" crisis Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine our messaging in real-time What We're Looking For 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing Experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification Winner of President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, top of your cohort, etc. Competitive, resilient, and driven to win (background in competitive sports is a plus) Why You’ll Love This Role Immediate ROI >> Sell a product that provides instant, visible value to business Founding Impact >> Your path to AE or Sales Management is accelerated by your direct impact on our growth Compensation & Perks OTE: $70,000 - $90,000 / year (base + commission) Equity: 0.05%-0.15% Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Perks: 3 weeks PTO, unlimited sick days Ready to build the infrastructure for the physical world?
