About the role We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our founding team. Someone who is deeply technical and passionate about the untapped creative possibilities of generative AI. Someone who lives on the bleeding edge of ML research and also finds inspiration in art, design, and beauty. You will be on the frontier of a rapidly evolving technology, creating models that unlock creative potential in others. What we are looking for in a candidate β’ Senior level Machine Learning Engineer, preferably with a focus on image generation. β’ Past work showing creative uses of Machine Learning β’ An interest and appreciation of compelling visuals, beauty, and aesthetics. β’ Strong Python and PyTorch skills with an ability to rapidly prototype ideas and refine towards production. β’ Ability to adapt existing innovative ML models and train/fine-tune models in novel settings, for example a new data domain or implementing on-device β’ Experience with data manipulation and data pipelining. β’ Outstanding ability to communicate your ideas to designers, engineers, and leadership through storytelling, visuals, and presentations. β’ Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and working in a rapidly changing environment. β’ Passionate about new technology and desire to push the boundaries of whatβs possible. β’ Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes. β’ Highly collaborative and proactively seeks out feedback to incorporate into your work. β’ Familiarity with 3D graphics, geometry and classical CV concepts a plus. β’ Examples of original generative AI artwork a plus.
