They are seeking a Founding Growth Engineer to build and optimize growth channels, manage community relationships, and develop landing pages and funnel tests to enhance patient acquisition.ResponsibilitiesHow many tests are live this week. Build relationships with them as a peer, not a buyer - we don't pay for posts. Turn it into a system, not a one-off askReferrals and loops. Build the way existing patients bring new ones in. Instrument it. Make it sharper every monthLanding pages and funnel tests. Write the copy, wire up the test, read the dataAgents do the boring parts.
