They are seeking a Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative to generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and to play a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospectingConduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leadsCreate account outreach plans in partnership with Account Executives and senior leadership counterparts and execute against planProactively connect with prospects, schedule discovery calls, and introduce Account Executives to ensure continuity from initial outreachMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM systemStay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunitiesSkills1–2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role selling SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts, with experience breaking into enterprise accounts and engaging senior decision-makersStrong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including navigating complex buying processes, multi-threading, and stakeholder mappingSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality; motivated by results and ownershipSkilled at uncovering customer challenges through thoughtful questioning and active listeningHighly organized and methodical in managing outreach, follow-ups, and pipelineExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in renewable energy, or adjacent industries (e.g. investment)BenefitsHealth and Retirement benefitsFlexible time offCompany OverviewEuclid Power delivers software that streamlines renewable energy project development with integrated tools and expertise.
