[Remote] Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative

The Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative will generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and play a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads Create account outreach plans in partnership with Account Executives and senior leadership counterparts and execute against plan Proactively connect with prospects, schedule discovery calls, and introduce Account Executives to ensure continuity from initial outreach Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities Skills 1–2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role selling SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts, with experience breaking into enterprise accounts and engaging senior decision-makers Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including navigating complex buying processes, multi-threading, and stakeholder mapping Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality; motivated by results and ownership Skilled at uncovering customer challenges through thoughtful questioning and active listening Highly organized and methodical in managing outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in renewable energy, or adjacent industries (e.g. investment) Benefits Remote work, forever!
