They are seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to shape their customer success strategy and ensure clients meet their fundraising goals, while managing a portfolio of customer accounts.ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire post-sales process from the initial onboarding to continued support for up to 100+ customer accountsDevelop and execute comprehensive customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing supportMonitor customer health metrics and product usage to proactively address potential issuesConduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions with customers to ensure alignment with their goalsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product developmentIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive additional value for customersSkills5+ years of SaaS customer success experience in early-stage startups (Seed+)Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishSkilled at communicating at multiple levels of a schoolHighly empathetic and patientProven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction at early stage companiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisionsAbility to anticipate customer needs and proactively address themWell-versed in project management and AI tools to drive productivityExcited to be a key contributor to building the customer success playbook that will take us to $100M+ in ARRPassion for improving educational outcomes for K-12 studentsHighly motivated and focused, familiar with Extreme OwnershipPrior experience working in private schoolsCompany OverviewChalkBooks is a modern Advancement platform for Constituent Relationship Management, communication and project management.
