[Remote] Founding Business Development Lead

They are seeking a highly motivated Founding Business Development Lead to help scale partnerships with pediatric and family practices across the United States, focusing on relationship-building and developing sales strategies. This role involves identifying prospective practices, conducting outreach, and representing Triplemoon at various events.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prioritize target pediatric and family practicesConduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person networkingSchedule and coordinate discovery meetings, practice visits, lunch-and-learns, and leadership presentationsTravel regularly for in-person sales meetings, networking events, and conferences to generate new opportunitiesMaintain a disciplined sales pipeline within HubSpotTrack outreach, meetings, next steps, and deal progressionDevelop and execute follow-up strategies that move opportunities forwardReport on pipeline health, conversion rates, and key sales metricsPartner with leadership to determine where we should focus business development effortsEvaluate conferences, sponsorships, physician dinners, referral partnerships, digital communities, and other growth channelsIdentify opportunities to improve messaging, targeting, and sales processesProvide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadershipTest new business development approaches and help create repeatable playbooksServe as an ambassador for Triplemoon's mission and clinical modelCommunicate our value proposition clearly to physicians and practice leadersBuild trust with prospective partners through professionalism, responsiveness, and strong relationship managementSkills5+ years of experience driving pediatric primary care salesDemonstrated success prospecting via cold outreach and direct in-person salesTrack record of delivering monthly sales targetsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsExperience managing a CRM (HubSpot preferred)Strong communication skillsWillingness to travel approximately 50% of the timeSelf-starter and doer who thrives in fast-paced startup environmentsExperience attending and generating business through conferences and industry eventsPrior startup experienceUnderstanding of healthcare reimbursement models and provider economicsBenefitsPerformance-based bonusTravel: Approximately 50% of time dedicated to travel (domestic)Work directly with company leadershipShape our growth strategyParticipate in competitive compensation with meaningful upsideContinue to shape our mission-driven culture focused on improving access to careCompany OverviewTriplemoon is a tech-enabled mental health enterprise, serves children, patients, professionals, and their families.
