Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Community Health Systems is hiring a Foreign Systems Interface Senior Analyst to join their EHR Team. The role involves technical planning and oversight of interface installations, managing complex technical projects, and troubleshooting interface issues while supporting the entire project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesThe Foreign Systems Interface Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the technical planning and oversight of interface installationManage the complex technical projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomesConfiguration and management of Cerner Open Engine, HL7 and EDI transactionsCreate project and process documentation for interface, applications and operating system environment; Include filtering, message customizations, problem resolution, Root Cause Analysis, and alertingConsult with internal project stakeholders, Business Partners, and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requestsInstalling/configuring Cerner interfaces to connect with disparate systems and code custom interfacesYou will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex interface issues, which would require a good understanding of networking, database querying, and programming conceptsYou are also expected to support interface validation/testing/deployment/documentation during the life cycle of the projectSkillsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field requiredAt least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher educationExperience with an integration engine (Mirth, Cloverleaf, Corepoint etc.)Experience with HL7/X12 standardsExperience with Cerner Open Engine and Cerner Millennium FSI utilities and data architecture such as SI Manager, Open Engine and related tablesProficient in Cerner Command Language (CCL) or SQL programming experienceHands-on experience with both current and emerging interoperability standards such as Health Level Seven International (HL7) V2.x, V3, Clinical Document Architecture (CDA), CCD, JSON and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) requiredExperience with SOAP and/or RESTful API connection projects requiredScripting & Configuration experience preferred (ie AIX/Linux, Sequel series, non-standard protocol)8 year's experience working with Cerner Millennium (preferred)Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) preferredCertified in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure preferredCompany OverviewCommunity Health Systems is one of the nation's leading healthcare providers.
