They are seeking a Foreclosure Specialist II to work with governmental agencies and clients to resolve foreclosure issues, ensure compliance, and manage attorney communications.ResponsibilitiesWork with governmental agencies, special servicing clients, private label clients, and high-profile investors to provide foreclosure issue resolutions and minimize risks/mitigate loss outside of their delegated authorityProvide status updates and reporting to management; ensure compliance with agency, investor, and insurer guidelinesSupport internal business units with questions on foreclosure loans within their delegated authorityManage attorney communication through LoanSphereEnsure prompt and appropriate maintenance and actions on foreclosure portfolioEnsure attorney firms send appropriate letters as described in servicing handbooksMaintain knowledge in state/federal agency regulations, investor/insurer timelines, and document requirements for judicial and non-judicial foreclosuresAccurately calculate and provide bidding instructions to attorney firms for nationwide foreclosure salesApply established techniques, procedures, or specific standards to work performed under general supervision; ensure sound judgment and accuracy per company and federal compliance standardsExecute policies at direction of management and make recommendations for necessary changesAll other duties as assignedSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredSome college or the combination of equivalent work experience and knowledge/skills/abilities related to the position's job duties2+ years of foreclosure or mortgage default related experience (foreclosure preferred)Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with RESPA, FDCPA, GLBA, OCC, CFPB, SCRA, and federal/state laws related to foreclosure and bankruptcy processesWorking knowledge of mortgage loan documentation; foreclosure processing best servicing practices; default/foreclosure laws and regulations; and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelinesAbility to provide exceptional representation of LoanCare in a legal proceedingStrong professional, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skillsAdvanced multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to comprehend legal terms/conditions and apply them to work processesAbility to use a personal computer and research the internetAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Access) and MSP and LoanSphere applicationsAbility take direction from senior paralegals and attorneysAbility to prioritize workflow and work in a high-volume, fast paced, multifaceted, and time-sensitive environmentAbility to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlinesTrial and deposition training/knowledge and experience beneficialPrevious title work experience preferredExperience monitoring the activity of multiple accounts assigned to outside counselNotary Public commission beneficial but not requiredBenefitsOptional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurancePaid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveMatching 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase planAccess to mental health resources, including freeCalmmemberships, and initiatives that promote physical and emotional well-beingPrograms that celebrate achievements and milestonesEnjoy discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and employee purchasing programs, plus access to atuition reimbursement programthat supports your continued education and professional growth.Flexibility to work remotely, while staying connected through virtual engagementWe provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a high-speed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPSCompany OverviewLoanCare® is a leading provider of full-service mortgage loan subservicing, including special loans, white label, and marketing services.
