The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and developing strategies to expand PKFARE's market presence.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with OTAs, travel agencies, consolidators, TMCs, and enterprise travel buyers across key Americas marketsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships to expand PKFARE's flight distribution networkDrive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development activitiesManage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and account developmentDevelop long-term relationships with strategic partners and key decision-makersCollaborate closely with airline sourcing, product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer retentionMonitor market trends, competitive developments, airline distribution dynamics, and customer needsDevelop and execute regional growth strategies to increase PKFARE's market presence in the AmericasProvide regular market intelligence and business insights to support strategic decision-makingRepresent PKFARE at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetingsStrengthen PKFARE's visibility and reputation within the Americas travel ecosystemSkillsBachelor's degree or aboveMinimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnership management, or account management within the travel industryProven experience working with airlines, OTAs, travel agencies, TMCs, travel technology companies, GDS providers, or airline consolidatorsStrong understanding of airline distribution and travel technologyFamiliarity with GDS, NDC, airline fare distribution, OTA business models, and B2B travel salesFluent English is requiredDemonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and close dealsStrong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and results-drivenComfortable working independently in a remote environmentStrong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial mindsetWillingness to travel within the Americas as requiredProfessional proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferredPortuguese language skills are a plusCandidates from travel technology companies, OTAs, airline distribution platforms, GDS providers, airlines, or major travel agencies will be highly preferredExperience managing business relationships in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or other key Americas markets will be considered a strong advantageCompany OverviewPKFARE leads in sourcing, aggregating, and delivering vital information on air tickets and hotel accommodations.
