Remote Fitness Sales Representative
Company: PRIFTA Fitness LLC Location: United States (100% Remote) Compensation: Commission Only — Setters earn 10%, Closers earn 20% of cash collected About PRIFTA PRIFTA is a modern online fitness coaching company helping Americans over 40 regain control of their health, habits, and happiness. Our mission is to make personalized health coaching accessible to busy adults through live coaching, goal tracking, and done-for-you routines — with a program that transforms both body and mindset. You’ll be representing these programs and helping qualified leads get started on their journey toward better health. Compensation • Setter Role: 10% of all cash collected (avg. $100–$300 per sale) • Closer Role: 20% of all cash collected (avg. $400–$600 per sale) • All leads are inbound, meaning you’ll be speaking to people who have already shown interest in our fitness programs. • Top performers earn $2,000–$5,000/month working remotely. Career Growth Path You’ll start as a Setter, learning to qualify and book leads directly into the sales calendar. After completing your initial training and performance certification, you’ll graduate into a Closer role, managing full sales calls and earning higher commissions. This path is ideal for: • Aspiring online closers who want to master the fitness coaching sales process • Motivated individuals who want to grow into leadership or management roles • People passionate about health, transformation, and human performance Training & Onboarding Before joining the live sales calendar, all new team members complete our PRIFTA Sales Training Program, which covers: • The psychology of fitness buyers • How to book and close inbound fitness leads • Objection handling & communication frameworks • CRM and automation tools (GoHighLevel) • Roleplay sessions with live feedback Completion of training earns you access to the live calendar and your first set of inbound leads.
