Remote Fitness Program Developer
Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Fitness Program Developer to design and implement engaging online fitness programs. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in exercise science and digital content creation to build a comprehensive suite of fitness offerings. You will be responsible for developing workout routines, educational content, and motivational strategies tailored for a diverse online audience. This role requires a deep understanding of various fitness modalities, including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and mindfulness, as well as the ability to translate these into accessible digital formats.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing structured, progressive fitness programs for different skill levels and goals. Creating engaging video content, written guides, and interactive exercises. Developing personalized fitness plans and offering remote coaching support. Staying current with fitness trends, research, and best practices. Collaborating with digital marketing teams to promote fitness offerings. Analyzing user feedback and program performance data to make improvements. Ensuring all program content is evidence-based, safe, and effective. Developing educational resources on nutrition, wellness, and injury prevention. Facilitating online community engagement and support forums. Managing the content calendar for new program releases and updates.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field, along with a relevant professional certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). A minimum of 4 years of experience in fitness programming, personal training, or online coaching is required. Proven experience in content creation, particularly video production and digital media, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong motivational abilities, and a passion for promoting health and wellness are critical.
