Remote Fitness Coach and Wellness Program Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, nutrition, and behavioral change, coupled with excellent virtual communication and engagement skills. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing customized fitness plans, offering ongoing support and motivation to clients through various digital platforms. This includes conducting virtual consultations, leading online group fitness sessions, and developing engaging wellness content. As a Program Manager, you will also play a role in program development, collaborating with the team to innovate and enhance our offerings based on client feedback and industry trends. We are looking for a certified fitness professional with a proven ability to build rapport and inspire clients to achieve their health and wellness goals. A deep understanding of exercise physiology, sports nutrition, and holistic wellness practices is essential. Responsibilities Provide personalized online fitness coaching to clients. Design and deliver customized workout plans and nutrition guidance. Lead virtual group fitness classes and wellness workshops. Conduct virtual client consultations and progress assessments. Develop engaging wellness content for digital platforms. Manage and monitor client adherence to programs. Collaborate with the wellness team on program development and innovation. Utilize coaching platforms to track client progress and provide feedback. Stay updated on fitness and wellness trends. Foster a supportive and motivating online community for clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or a related field. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and/or other relevant fitness certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE). 3+ years of experience in fitness coaching and program management. Proven ability to deliver effective remote coaching and client engagement. Proficiency with online coaching software, video conferencing, and fitness apps. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and behavioral change strategies. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
