[Remote] Fintech Program Manager

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fintech Program Manager to support the growth of its Sponsor Banking platform, responsible for onboarding and managing fintech partners while ensuring program compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic fintech programs spanning multiple teams and workstreamsLead end to end onboarding process for new fintech partners, including due diligence, documentation, and internal approvalsAct as the primary point of contact for fintech partners and senior stakeholders throughout implementation and ongoing program lifecycleBuild strong, collaborative relationships to support long-term program successPartner with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology) to design and launch sponsor bank programsAssist in developing program structures, including product design, account configurations, and service offeringsSupport the creation of scalable processes and frameworks for onboarding and managing fintech programsCoordinate closely with compliance teams to support program reviews, controls, and ongoing monitoringDevelop and document workflows, including onboarding procedures, data flows, and funds flowsSupport vendor selection and integration efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholdersSkills5+ years of program or project management experience with at least 3 years in financial services, fintech, or bank technologyStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in fintech partnershipsStrong understanding of banking operations and digital paymentsProven ability to manage complex, cross functional projectsExperience with fintech program onboarding, product development or partner integrationExcellent communication and relationship management skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and executionExperience with HSA Program ManagementBenefitsCompetitive total compensation package reliant on ability and experience.Excellent benefits package including health (co-pay and HDHP), dental & vision.Pre-tax Health Savings Accounts and FSA Medical and Dependent Care Accounts.Life and AD&D Insurance, as well as additional voluntary benefit possibilities.401K with robust company match.Generous Flexible PTO Program, including Earned Sick & Safe Time (ESST)The opportunity to work with the Midwest’s fastest growing lender.Company OverviewLuminate Bank is a financial firm that provides mortgages, lending, and consulting services for businesses and individuals.
