The FinOps Business Analyst will support existing customers in optimizing their cloud costs by consulting on best practices and collaborating with various departments to implement cost optimization strategies.ResponsibilitiesConsult customers on cost-optimization best practices for their cloud usagePresent and give demos of AllCloud’s Reseller Programs and toolsComprehensive support of the company’s customersWork on customer requirementsWork with DevOps, Solutions Architects, and internal teams to implement optimization strategiesKeep the sales team up to date on customer status for renewal/expansion opportunitiesCreate customized cost reportsSkills2-3 years experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or related roles in a customer-facing environmentStrong analytical skills and experience in interpreting complex cloud billing dataProficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cost management toolsExcellent Excel, SQL, or Python skills for cost analysis and reportingProven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions and consulting servicesStrong presentation and communication skills; ability to influence executivesBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees a plusAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or FinOps Certified PractitionerExperience with multi-cloud cost optimization strategiesFamiliarity with automation tools for cost management and reportingBenefitsCompetitive salariesBonus incentivesBenefitsFlexible hoursMentoringCompany OverviewWe help our clients realize measurable value by evolving their data & analytics capabilities in the cloud.
