Dice is seeking a Financial/Banking Operational Analyst with experience in US Banking, particularly in Print and Mail, Check Capture, and Image Processing. The role involves delivering FIS imaging and payments solutions, serving as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst, and requires strong communication and client management skills.ResponsibilitiesMid-level implementation specialist (5–8 years experience) delivering FIS imaging and payments solutions across distributed capture, ATM, ImageCentre, DirectLink, and remittance platformsOperates as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst on small projects; serves as Technical Analyst on larger multi-product, cross-functional engagementsClient-facing role requiring strong communication, requirements gathering, and independent solutioning abilityMust work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-liveRun small-scope projects independently as both Project Manager and Technical AnalystServe as Technical Analyst on larger, multi-product, cross-functional implementation projectsManage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phasesLead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare supportAbility to engage and coordinate other technical resources as needed during complex implementationsSkillsExperience: 3 to 5 YearsUS Banking experience, specific to Print and Mail / Check Capture / Image Processing domainExperience implementing any platform solutions in large or community banks for print/mail productionFamiliarity with check capture/remittance platforms and lock-box processingMid-level implementation specialist (5–8 years experience) delivering FIS imaging and payments solutions across distributed capture, ATM, ImageCentre, DirectLink, and remittance platformsOperates as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst on small projects; serves as Technical Analyst on larger multi-product, cross-functional engagementsClient-facing role requiring strong communication, requirements gathering, and independent solutioning abilityMust work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-liveStrong financial industry and items processing domain knowledge across banking and paymentsMerchant and mobile distributed capture workflows — understanding of end-to-end deposit lifecycleATM image deposit knowledge including capture, balancing, and exception handlingImage Cash Letter (ICL) processing; Duplicate Detection configuration and managementFamiliarity with teller and distributed capture environments within banking institutionsCCX / FXD — merchant and mobile distributed capture platform; core competency across majority of profilesDLM / DLC — distributed capture management and configuration (required for multi-product profiles)ATM Express — ATM image deposit processing and configuration knowledgeImageCentre — installer, configuration, and training proficiency; Duplicate Detection knowledgeDirectLink — product-to-product migration experience; teller and distributed capture configurationVoyager — implementation and support knowledge; Image Cash Letter (ICL) processingRun small-scope projects independently as both Project Manager and Technical AnalystServe as Technical Analyst on larger, multi-product, cross-functional implementation projectsManage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phasesLead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare supportAbility to engage and coordinate other technical resources as needed during complex implementationsStrong SQL knowledge — querying, data validation, troubleshooting, and implementation supportStrong item processing knowledge spanning merchant capture, mobile capture, teller, distributed, and ATM image deposit channelsDeposit settlement and balancing knowledge across distributed capture environmentsSort pattern and logic knowledge; ability to review and configure client capture requirementsRequirements gathering, gap analysis, and technical solutioning; cross-team collaborationProduct-to-product migration delivery; add-on and work order technical project executionExcellent written and verbal communication; strong training and documentation skillsAbility to review client requirements and relay to appropriate technical resources where neededAttention to detail, independent judgment, and quality focus across all deliverablesAdaptability and resilience; ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environmentsMust be available to work US business hours (North America client base)After-hours and weekend availability required for minimum 2 weeks post go-live per new clientCompany OverviewDice is the go-to career marketplace for tech professionals.
