The Financial Systems Administrator will oversee the configuration and optimization of enterprise financial systems, specifically Oracle Fusion, while ensuring data integrity and supporting financial reporting processes.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support the organization’s ERP (Oracle Fusion) and financial systemsMaintain system configurations, user access, and security in alignment with internal controls and audit requirementsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability of financial operationsManage and support integrations between the ERP and external banking platforms, including payment processing (ACH, wire, check) and bank statement automationOversee bank connectivity methods (e.g., APIs, SFTP)Design, maintain, and monitor integrations between the ERP and ancillary systems (e.g., payroll, HRIS, expense management, procurement, billing, and reporting tools)Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems; investigate and resolve integration failures or discrepanciesServe as the primary point of contact for external system consultants, implementation partners, and vendorsLead coordination of external resources to ensure alignment with internal priorities and timelinesReview and monitor project plans, deliverables, and milestones for system implementations and enhancementsProactively identify risks, gaps, and delays; escalate issues to leadership with recommended solutionsEnsure consultants deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes aligned with business requirementsFacilitate communication between consultants and internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Treasury)Maintain and support IT general controls (ITGCs) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsSupport internal and external audits through documentation, access management, and control evidenceParticipate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and deploymentManage and prioritize ongoing system changes and improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience supporting ERP or financial systems in a corporate environmentFamiliarity with Oracle products (Oracle Fusion) and system administrator tasks is requiredExperience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, or integration platforms)Familiarity with banking standards (e.g., NACHA, ISO 20022)Experience with financial or operational reporting toolsWorking knowledge of data structures, file formats (e.g., CSV, XML), and basic querying (e.g., SQL)Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial dataConstruction industry experience highly preferredBenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership PlanDiscretionary annual bonus401k with employer matchEmployee medical, dental, and vision insurance 100% covered, with options to add dependents at 50% coverage by WillmengFlexible Time Off Policy9 paid company holidays3 consecutive weeks of parental bonding leave, with an additional 3-5 weeks of disability leave for delivery recoverySpacious break rooms with healthy meals & snacks provided at no additional costTeam-building activities, including volunteer opportunitiesCompany OverviewWillmeng Construction is a construction company that offers tenant improvement services.
