operations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's objectivesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and opportunitiesDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to inform product development decisionsDefine business metrics and KPIs to measure product ROI and impactDefine clear product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholdersBreak down complex projects into manageable tasks and create project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality resultsPrioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer valueFoster strong relationships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful product launchesWork closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and development timelinesCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiencesOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyondConduct regular product performance analysis and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimizationContinuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growthProvide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering their professional growth and developmentLead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and a collaborative mindsetAct as a subject matter expert in product management and drive best practices across the organizationSkillsA minimum of 8 years of product management experience in product management roles within the cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, supply chain networks, and top tech firms (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, or high-growth startups)A minimum of 5 years of experience building and shipping technical productsExperience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining GTM strategy, and leading design discussionsExperience managing day-to-day technical and design direction for large-scale systemsExperience in one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, security and privacy, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learningKnowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or MarketingAbility to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve or engineering, Quantitative Economics or QuantsExposure to the financial services industry, accounting/finance/tax, tax or finance performance improvement, tax software development and/or
