They are seeking a Financial Services Senior Executive Recruiter to support executive search projects, manage candidate relationships, and drive business development opportunities within the Financial Services Practice.ResponsibilitiesProvide engagement execution support to the client and the teamManage the various stages of the search process to always ensure the highest quality execution of client engagementLead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates during the search engagement and informing the partner of progress and issuesCapture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in the company’s systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunitiesInform the engagement team of any potential business development opportunities identified through the execution of the search process and support the appropriate partner in its conversionOversee and conduct initial research into target organizations in the Industrial industry sectors to assist in identifying top talent for our clients’ mid-to- senior level rolesIdentify the best talent by sourcing and mapping relevant markets, while ensuring data accuracy and integrityApproach suitable candidates and qualify them against agreed competencies and criteria for each project. This includes target list creation, sourcing strategy design and long-list creationConduct candidate interviews, write interview reports and present shortlists to clientsProvide weekly/bi-weekly client update reports as necessary and maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the assignmentHandle the required logistics for interviews, take and provide feedback on candidate interviews, situational changes, present offers and manage negotiation. Follow-up with candidate during notice period and ensure smooth transition to start dateThrough the management of KPI’s, improve and maintain e.g. productivity, quality of candidates presented and time to shortlist/hireBuild relationships within the industry to develop the wider network, capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate informationManage & develop shortlisted candidates and ensure that the referral/network is world class and helpfulContribute towards process, career development and training initiativesConduct weekly searches to stay up to date with the Industrial industry trends and developments and identify future relevant talent within the Industrial industry and build relationships with high potentialsWork with Managing Consultants, Sector Leaders & Senior Client Partners to ensure that information is shared, e.g. industry news, competitor searches, market intelligenceBuild effective relationships within the business and demonstrate positive and proactive communication with colleagues, to include generosity of knowledge and experience sharingSkillsPrevious Executive Recruiting in the Financial Services Practice with leadership rolesUnderstands impact of regulatory frameworks on hiring criteriaDifferentiates between candidates who participated in transactions vs who originated or drove outcomesEvaluates candidate claims by analyzing P&L ownership, balance sheet responsibility, and risk-adjusted return metricsMarket IntelligenceCandidate Technical Interviewing and Assessment RigorAdvanced Sourcing StrategiesHandling Complex or Difficult SearchesData, Analytics & Process InnovationSignificant experience in a consulting or commercial financial services search environment with good knowledge of and network in the verticalDemonstrable experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for retained search with experience including cold calling, developing search strategies and client/candidate managementConsultative mindset and ability to anticipate clients' needsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures and propose relevant solutionsAbility to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguityWillingness to live our core values: Honesty, Inclusion, Knowledge, PerformanceBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsPlus a Senior Associate Performance Bonus PlanCompany OverviewKorn Ferry is a global consulting firm that powers performance.
