[Remote] Financial Services Marketing and Event Coordinator

They are seeking an organized marketing professional to manage their CRM, enhance brand presence, and support firm operations through various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and maintain our CRM (MadeMarket): contacts, segmentation, data accuracy Create and schedule LinkedIn content that builds Ravinia’s brand Design marketing materials in Canva: presentations, firm overviews, outreach templates Coordinate email outreach campaigns and track engagement Support event planning and conference logistics Conduct competitor research and market benchmarking Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Help build scalable marketing processes for a growing firm Skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable: you keep things running Strong writer with a feel for professional tone and brand voice Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Canva, and Microsoft Office Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience?
