The role involves handling securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters, supporting litigation strategy, and managing multiple legal matters simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesHandle securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters, including FINRA-related disputesSupport litigation strategy and case management in coordination with internal stakeholders and outside counselConduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and memorandaAnalyze regulatory and litigation risks and provide practical, business-focused legal guidanceManage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesSkills5+ years of relevant legal experience in financial services litigation or arbitrationDemonstrated experience handling securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters in a law firm and/or in-house settingExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skills, with strong research and drafting capabilitiesOutstanding academic credentials and a proven professional track recordActive license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standingPrior experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm and/or a corporate legal department strongly preferredCompany OverviewLawyers On Demand is the leading flexible legal service provider.
