[Remote] Financial Senior Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ICONMA is seeking a Financial Senior Analyst for a Retail Pharmacy company. The role involves evaluating the financial impact of market events, supporting the development of tools, and providing consultative support to internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesWork under the guidance of Sr. Manager or Manager for evaluating potential financial impact of a market event using existing models or by working with internal partnersSupport the development of new tools user acceptance testingAccess data via Excel and tools such as SQL/ SAS and use financial change order models to model projected rebate guarantee impact analysisCoordinate the efforts across company teams that can include Sales, Analytic Consulting Services, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls are in place to review changes to a client’s benefit design, formulary, or implementation of a productProvide consultative support to internal stakeholders on analysis including but not limited to sales, underwriting and underwriting analytics teamsThis role will be supporting the client specific analyses and discussions and provide consultative support on additional ad-hoc reporting and analysisThis individual will be responsible on interacting with external stakeholders and client directly and have the ability to articulate the results of the analysis in a clear, concise manner and meeting the expected deadlines of requested analysis for this clientSkillsBachelor's degree required2 + years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education1+ years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role including 1+ year working with PBM data or PBM financial analysisVerifyable High School Diploma or GED RequiredDegree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics or other data related fields preferredExperience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis and SQLStrong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skill sets are requiredAbility to story tell the findings in clear, concise way when articulating the findings of the analysis to sales, underwriting and other stakeholdersPrior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing prioritiesPrior experience working across many different groups within an organizationPrior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processesStrong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groupsAbility to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasksAptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand wayBenefitsHealth BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompany OverviewICONMA: Your Partner in Global Staffing Solutions and Digital Transformation ICONMA is a globally recognized, Woman-Owned staff augmentation and technology consulting firm.
