Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PRI Global is seeking a Cocoa FP&A Analyst to support financial analysis and reporting for cocoa raw materials. The role involves analyzing costs, preparing forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport ad hoc analyses and project work based on business requests Improve reportingLead monthly forecast updates in preparation for recurring management and executive review meetingsAnalyze monthly figures in S/4 to enable Actual vs. Forecast PPV analysisAnalyze cocoa raw material costs, including futures, differentials, premiums, freight, sustainability premiums, and other cost componentsPrepare and explain cocoa PPV, purchase price evolution, and cost variances versus forecast, budget, and standard costSupport monthly close activities related to cocoa, including accruals, and reconciliationsSupport short and mid-term cocoa cost forecastsMaintain and update cocoa forecast assumptionsAssist in standard cost setting and annual planning processes for cocoa raw materialsWork with data from systems such as S/4, iRely, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and consistencySupport SOX and internal control activities, including documentation, reconciliations, and audit requests related to cocoaIdentify data gaps or process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiativesAct as a finance partner to Cocoa Procurement, Supply Chain, and Accounting teamsSupport ad hoc analysis and management requests related to cocoa costs, contracts, and performance driversContribute to process harmonization and standardization initiatives across regionsSkillsSolid Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience with SAP S/4 (required) and commodity systemsExperience with Power BICompany OverviewPRI Global provides business intelligence, cyber security, IoT, analytics, physical security and cloud services.
