[Remote] Financial Planning Analyst

The FP&A Associate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, collaborating closely with finance leadership to provide insights into business performance and aid in data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes Prepare forecasts and reforecasts based on business performance and updated assumptions Track and report on weekly and monthly pacing metrics Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast Develop and maintain bookings-to-billings analysis and reporting Support management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis Develop insightful presentations and financial scenario analysis to facilitate senior management decision-making Assist with accounting oversight to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business performance Support financial policy setting and documentation in partnership with finance leadership Manage and track client bonus programs Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and transparency Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial systems a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally Benefits Competitive base salary Opportunity for professional growth Company Overview SquadUP is a mobile-first ticketing, event management and audience engagement platform.
