[Remote] Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

This role involves developing financial models, preparing financial reporting packages, analyzing variances, and collaborating with various teams to provide insights into business performance.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of financial models, including annual budgets, multi-year forecasts, and scenario analysesAssist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for internal leadership and ownershipAnalyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast, providing clear explanations and actionable insightsPartner with operational and commercial teams to gather business driver data and translate it into financial projectionsAssist with financial due diligence and analysis related to potential acquisitions and strategic initiativesBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performanceSupport ad hoc financial analysis as requested by senior leadershipSkills2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial due diligence, public accounting, or a related finance roleStrong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldExperience with ERP or financial planning systems is a plusConsumer products, food & beverage, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not requiredBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionFederal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibilityCompany OverviewBeacon Hill offers business consulting services.
