The Financial Planner role focuses on guiding members through the financial planning process without the pressure of sales, utilizing a proprietary technology platform to enhance member experience.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Review incoming member messages while Senior Planners are out of office to determine the urgency of requests and the best course of action
ā¢ Manage a small group of members as the primary planner, guiding them through the entire planning process
ā¢ Efficiently synthesize member needs and partner with Trading and Investment Operations to coordinate solutions and tax strategies
ā¢ Become an expert on our proprietary, AI-enabled tech stack to build comprehensive plans
ā¢ Guide Foundations members through plan implementation using messaging and in-house tools to inspire action
ā¢ Ruthlessly manage your calendar and time to ensure an efficient, high-quality experience
Skills
ā¢ CFPĀ® designation
ā¢ 1+ years of member facing financial planning experience
ā¢ Effective follow up and typing/written communication skills
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
ā¢ Exceptional time management and communication skills ā these are the biggest keys to success as a Facet reserve planner
ā¢ Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools
