[Remote] Financial Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, resolving issues, and organizing data to ensure timely invoicing and accruals while analyzing performance opportunities and trends.ResponsibilitiesAssists new client onboarding process through contract review, interpretation, and documentation for key sections related to invoicingEnsure data for client invoicing and accruals are completed on time, within the scope, and all barriers are communicated to the appropriate partiesResponsible for gathering, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of the data being reportedIdentify performance opportunities through detailed data review, proactive auditing, and reconcilingAnalyzes variances and trends to identify problems and trendsInforms leadership of potential issues/findings after analysis of dataAnticipates leadership needs by gathering records, reports, data, and correspondence for accurate reportingProvides ad hoc reporting as neededPerform other duties as assignedSkills3-5 years data analytics or 3-5 years related experience in healthcare or financial analysisExcellent interpersonal skills required to communicate with internal/external customersMust possess excellent time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated critical thinking, creativity, problem solving and decision-making skillsMust be analytical, perform computations accurately and quickly, identify and compute ratios and percentagesStrong data skillsProficiency with MS ExcelBusiness or Accounting experience, preferably in healthcareKnowledge of Revenue Cycle structureMust be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiencesThis is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs requireBachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance / AccountingHFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hireBenefitsBonus IncentivesPaid CertificationsTuition ReimbursementComprehensive BenefitsCareer AdvancementAssociate Benefits – We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs.Our Culture – Ensemble is a place where associates can do their best work and be their best selves.
